By calling, texting, or otherwise submitting a message to The Yap Line ("we," "us," "the line"), you agree to the following.

What this is

The Yap Line is a place to send a voice note or text about anything — a story, a rant, something that happened, nothing in particular. Reaching out is voluntary. We do not offer advice, therapy, or professional support of any kind, and nothing you send creates a client, patient, or therapeutic relationship of any kind.

Consent to be contacted

By texting or calling our number, you consent to receive one confirmation reply from us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send recurring marketing messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Sharing your submission

• Nothing you send is shared publicly unless you say it can be.
• After you submit, we'll ask whether we can share it, and how (with or without your original audio, disguised or not).
• You can request removal of anything you've allowed us to share, at any time.
• You retain ownership of what you send us; sharing permission does not transfer ownership.

What not to send

Please don't send anything illegal, anything that identifies a minor, or anything intended to harass or endanger a specific person. We reserve the right not to respond to or use any submission for any reason.

No warranty

The Yap Line is provided as-is, run by an individual, without guarantees of uptime, response time, or outcome.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The current version will always be posted at this page.
